About the data
Every number on this site comes from UFCStats, the UFC's official statistics provider, with hometowns and fighter status from ufc.com profiles. This site is not affiliated with the UFC.
The data runs to Oct 3, 2026 and was last rebuilt on Oct 10, 2026. It covers 791 events, 8,923 fights and 2,766 fighters, and is refreshed weekly.
What's missing
- UFC 1 (November 1993) is not in UFCStats, so its eight fights are missing. Royce Gracie's record here starts at UFC 2.
- Round-by-round statistics exist for only 84–95% of fights from 1994 to 1998, and are complete from 1999. Fights without them are left out of striking and grappling totals.
- Control time wasn't recorded before 1999 and exists for only half of 1999's fights. Those fights are left out of control-time records.
- Position time (top, bottom, back) isn't published anywhere public; UFCStats records only control time.
- Venues, attendance, pay-per-view buys and rankings aren't in UFCStats.
How things are counted
- Percentages round down, as on UFCStats: 49.9% is shown as 49%.
- Title fights are UFC championship bouts, interim titles included. Tournament finals from the 1990s and The Ultimate Fighter finals are not title fights.
- Title reigns are worked out from championship bouts. A belt that was vacated or stripped outside a title fight (a champion missing weight, retiring or moving up) is shown ending at the next title fight in that division, so a few reigns run long, and a reign in a division that has had no title fight since can show as current. A title awarded without a fight, such as José Aldo's featherweight belt in 2010, starts at the champion's first UFC title fight.
- Streaks are broken by draws and no-contests as well as losses.
- Weight classes before 2001 carry UFCStats' labels, which don't always match the divisions of the time.
- Country is the hometown on the fighter's ufc.com profile. Fighters without a ufc.com page show as unknown.
- Active means listed as active on ufc.com. Fighters without a ufc.com page count as active if they fought in the last 18 months.
- Career statistics are added up fight by fight. For some older fighters they can differ slightly from the summary box on a UFCStats fighter page.
